      How soon will I be contacted after submitting a consultation request?

      While our team is very excited to help begin your remodeling journey, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your request. 

      What information will you need from me during the initial call?
      During an initial call, our team will seek to better understand your project's needs. This will include a representative gathering some initial information about your kitchen or shower area and what you might be interested in doing with your remodel. We will also ask for some general information as well as qualifiers to see if we are the best fit for your project.
      Will I be contacted via email, phone, or both?

      If you've filled out a form on our site, that means you've provided us with your email and phone number. While we will be happy to reach out to you with your preferred method of communication, a representative will call you with your provided phone number to discuss your project's goals and see if we are a good fit. 

      Can I schedule my consultation at a convenient time for me?
